UX DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION

Definition: User Experience Design may be required to improve existing or develop new business solutions that are usable, useful, accessible, and desirable for end users. UX Design may be accomplished by enhancing existing user Interfaces (UIs) to be responsive (work across multiple devices, such as tablets and mobiles). Also, improvements to navigation with current web-based content may be warranted to increase usability metrics. A new and improved user experience may require improved UI functionality and also process flows to achieve current or future business objectives.

Examples of included services: Usability evaluation, including Section 508 (2017) of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for accessibility conformance, User Studies, A/B Testing, User Performance benchmarking, User Analytics, UI Design specifications, Information Architecture, Conceptual Wireframes, High-fidelity mock-ups, end-user training, and documentation.
